A few days after the launch, here is the first reliable list of the technical characteristics that the two Samsung Galaxy Watch 4 Classic could have.
In the weeks preceding the Galaxy Unpacked event on August 11th, rumors about the products that will be presented by Samsung have crowded, among which the Galaxy Watch 4 and Galaxy Watch 4 Classic will stand out, which promise to be two very powerful smartwatches.
Not just smartwatches though, because if it is true that this year the Galaxy Note line will desert the event for the first time, there will be two crucial smartphones in the recent reorganization of the range of the Korean manufacturer that aims at the future, namely Galaxy Z Fold 3 and Galaxy Z Flip 3. In short, between smartphones that still today can be considered avant-garde like the two foldable ones, and smartwatches like the two Galaxy Watch 4, there will be no shortage of products for which the Galaxy Unpacked will be worth following. And just on one of the two smart watches, the Samsung Galaxy Watch 4 Classic, the rumors of the eve are concentrated, which in this way try to anticipate their characteristics.
The differences between the two Galaxy Watch 4 Classic
To talk about one of the two watches in depth is WinFuture, a source that in the past has proved to be quite reliable especially with regard to Samsung products. Which doesn't mean the Galaxy Watch 4 Classic will be as the source describes it, but there's a good chance it will.
Samsung Galaxy Watch 4 Classic will be available in two variants, one 42mm and the other 46mm for more generous wrists. Of course, the dimensions of the two displays will vary accordingly, from 1.19 inches in the first case while from 1.36 inches in the second.
For both, and as for the past generation, Samsung has chosen a circular dial and more generally the two variants will be identical on the aesthetic level, except for the different dimensions : 41.5 x 41.5 x 11.2 mm in the first. case and 45.5 x 45.5 x 11 mm in the second, of which the weight of 110 grams also filters.
Another consequence of the diameter of the case is the battery of the two, which benefits from the greater volume available inside the 46 mm Samsung Galaxy Watch 4 Classic, in which there will be one from 361 mAh, from 247 mAh in the smaller one..

The remaining specs will be identical between the two Samsung Galaxy Watch 4 Classic. For the chip, the company has chosen a Samsung Exynos W920 designed specifically for the needs of smartwatches, therefore with a particularly careful management of consumption and energy capacity made available by the respective batteries.
The 1.5 GB of RAM on each and the 16 GB of storage space complete the endowment in terms of memories. The display of the Samsung Galaxy Watch 4 Classic will be a 450 x 450 pixel Super AMOLED protected by Corning Gorilla Glass DX. Protective glass which is a functional element of resistance such as to ensure, together with many other design features, the certification MIL-STD-810G which adds to IP68 against water and dust.
The SpO2 sensor completes the picture, as well as Bluetooth 5.0, Wi-Fi, GPS, etc., NFC included thanks to which it will be possible to pay via Google Pay and Samsung Pay. Appointment on August 11 to discover all the objects that will come out of the Galaxy Unpacked.
