Among the historical names to appear in the highly anticipated Tekken 8, we also find one highly anticipated at a narrative level: Jun Kazama, mother of the young and impetuous Jin.
Finally returning after taking very marginal roles in previous chapters, the expert fighter is ready to unleash a new power.
The master of the Kazama style reappears in opposition to the powers of Jin and Kazuya, integrating beams of light into her strokes. A bit to recall the ability to mitigate demonic influences seen in the Tekken Tag Tournament finale, she is ready to fight to eradicate evil and corruption from this world.
With a fluid and harmonious style, Jun manages to dance between enemy blows by chaining decisive melee moves, closing the combos with flashes of light at a distance that cause a stun or throw effect. Compared first with his son and then with the loved/hated Kazuya, he puts an end to the dispute with a dazzling final move, giving back to the victim some energy to be able to go home on his legs.
Is the first round of fighters for Tekken 8 concluded? Bets are accepted on what the next names may be, drawn from both the original and the most recent chapters (we are rooting for Yoshimitsu and Alisa). While waiting to discover the new fighters, you can recover Tekken 7 and study the style changes for the characters already announced in the trailers.
